Deaf trainees checking in for Deaf entrepreneurship training at DESK office and later to The Foundations college Kathageri. DESK management wass happy for the good turn up which was a good show of success.

The long awaited entrepreneurship training program, DLDP, will kick off tomorrow. All trainees who received an official invitation message should arrive in DESK office from 11 am to 3pm from where they will be ferried to The Foundations College. Registration is still ongoing. Registration forms are available at DESK's office.

Deaf livelihood Development Program still in progress. DESK staff members at Mwea enrolling more Deaf people in a free business training offered by DESK to empower and instill quality skills to Deaf people who are interested in businesses and entrepreneurship.

DESK loan evaluation exercise at Kagio. We visited Ernest a Deaf business man (tailor) based in Kagio who requested for a loan to expand his tailoring business.

Introducing Misheck and Yvonne, DESK new Sign Language facilitators in charge of our new Sign Language training in Chuka. We now have a new branch in Chuka and planning to open many more in different parts of Kenya.
